Petition for Ursula von der Leyen to publish her text messages with the CEO of Pfizer

Ursula von der Leyen, known as Cruela, is at the center of a controversy over the publication of her SMS exchanges with Albert Bourla, CEO of Pfizer.

The “SMSGate” of Ursula von der Leyen

Ursula von der Leyen has been the President of the European Commission since 2019. In the context of the Coronavirus epidemic, Ursula von der Leyen has self-assigned the task of negotiating grouped purchases of vaccines on behalf of European countries, including with the laboratory Pfizer.

Like all public orders, the purchasing process is regulated, and all exchanges must be transparent. It’s perfectly normal, as it involves the tax money of European citizens and the sums involved are considerable: 71 billion euros.

However, Ursula has decided to evade this constraint and refuses to communicate her SMS exchanges with Albert Bourla, CEO of Pfizer, arguing that this is an invasion of her privacy.

What are these SMS messages hiding?

We can eliminate the hypothesis of romance. It is not the kind of thing Ursula and Albert are doing. However, some photos of tender cuddles have been circulating during the ceremony of the Leadership Awards 2021, Albert having been elected best salesman by the European Union:

The SMS messages more likely contain information on the contract negotiation conditions and the vaccines’ price. Indeed, the dose price has increased from 15.50 euros to 19.50 euros. The contract should have been negotiated and justified by scientific experts and European Commission negotiators. Beyond transparency, it is the more than embarrassing relationship of a senior European official with the CEO of an American multinational, involving some thirty billion euros of public money, that is inadmissible.

Ursula has already had precedents with her SMS in Germany and strong suspicions of corruption.

Indeed, Ursula von der Leyen n’est pas à son premier scandale avec ses SMS. The newspaper Le Monde in France wrote already in 2019:

Three weeks after taking office as President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen is caught up in an affair that had severely weakened her during her last year at the German Ministry of Defense.

The parliamentary commission of inquiry created in Germany to shed light on the conditions under which her ministry used highly paid external consultants learned on Thursday, December 19, that the data on Ursula von der Leyen’s former cell phone had been deleted – the members of the commission wanted to consult them as part of their investigation.

The data was deleted in August, a month after von der Leyen left the German government and was appointed head of the European Commission, the Ministry of Defense representative told the committee.

The decision to erase [data from a] cell phone without having been established that it could be used as evidence is outside the scope of the usual disputes between a government and a parliamentary inquiry committee. This is an apparent scandal,” said Tobias Lindner (Greens), a committee member.

Specialist in defense issues within the Green group in the Bundestag, Mr. Lindner filed a complaint with the Berlin prosecutor, according to Spiegel published Saturday. Filed on Friday, it is based on paragraph 274 of the Criminal Code, which makes anyone liable to the prosecution who deletes, deletes, alters, or renders unusable data that could be used as evidence “in an investigation.

The article is available here: mysterious deletion of data from Ursula von der Leyen’s former laptop (in french).

Conclusion and other anecdotes about Ursula von der Leyen

Let us remember that Ursula von der Leyen also refuses that peace is possible between Ukraine and Russia. It is the same Ursula who teaches you to wash your hands in a video:

Or who assures that:

The Russian military is taking chips from dishwashers and refrigerators to fix their military hardware because they ran out of semiconductors. Russia’s industry is in tatters and its economy is on life-support. This is the price for Putin’s trail of death and destruction.

Ursula von der Leyen

Although the latest massive Russian strikes on Ukraine seem to prove otherwise.

Given the accumulated failings of the European Commissioner, there is reason to doubt her moral integrity and mental state. We believe that Ursula von der Leyen is becoming dangerous for the Europeans and that it is urgent to get rid of her as soon as possible.
